A native of Houston, Texas, Dr. Bridgewater is a graduate of Fisk University and Meharry Medical College. In addition to being board certified in anesthesiology, Dr. Bridgewater is also fellowship-trained as a pain management specialist. In addition to being the founder, president and managing member of MidSouth Anesthesia Consultants, Dr. Bridgewater is the Chief of Anesthesia at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Desoto and works in both the operating rooms as well as the MidSouth Anesthesia Consultants Center for Pain Management & Research.

Frederick Jones, M.D.
Anesthesiologist
A native of Meridian, Mississippi, Dr. Jones is an undergraduate alumnus of Wake Forest University and earned his medical degree at the Howard University College of Medicine in Washington, D.C. He completed his residency in anesthesiology as well as a fellowship in Critical Care at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland. Dr. Jones is the Chief of Anesthesia at the Baptist-DeSoto Ambulatory Surgery Center and Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union County.

Sandra Reed, M.D.
Anesthesiologist
A native "Memphian," Dr. Reed earned her bachelor's degree at Spelman College in Atlanta and her medical degree at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee. She completed her residency in anesthesiology at Howard University Hospital in Washington, D.C. In addition to holding board certification in anesthesiology, Dr. Reed is a former member of the anesthesiology faculty at the University of Tennessee School of Medicine and a former staff anesthesiologist at the Regional Medical Center in Memphis, Tennessee.
