Pain Management Overview

Dr. Jovie Bridgewater and Dr. Dennis McCoy manage acute and chronic pain disorders using the latest pain treatment modalities including lumbar,cervical,and thoracic epidural injections under fluoroscopic guidance, lumbar sympathetic nerve blocks, celiac nerve plexus blocks, hypogastric and stellate ganglion blocks, SI-joint injections, radio frequency nerve ablation, occipital, supraorbital, and supratrochlear blocks for headache patients, as well as interscalene, brachial plexus and femoral nerve blocks and trigger point injections.

Dr. Bridgewater and Dr. McCoy also conduct intrathecal stimulator trials and placement for cancer pain for patients on high dose narcotics.
